AIDS AWARNESS

 M.I.E.T Arts and Science College Trichy, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) collaborate with RED RIBBON CLUB(RRC) conducted Awareness programme on “HIV/AIDS AND GENDER ISSUE”by K.Suramanjuri , ICTC Counselor, Govt Hosptal ,Trichy in most admirable and efficient manner. The Awaerness programme was held on 5th NOV 2025 at 3.00 PM in A.M.RC Hr.Sec.School .The Presidential Address is given by the correspondent of the school Rev.fr.S.Arockiya selvan o.prem.. and also special address given by the principal of the college Dr.Y.Glory violet aron . All the students have showed their willingness in participating in Seminar and making it an Enormous success. With the enthusiastic participation of 125 dedicated students of A.M.RC Hr.Sec.School were participated. The Session was interacted about sexual transmitted disease, prevention, the difference between HIV virus and AIDS. she also stressed upon "do's" and "dont's" to prevent sexually transmitted diseases. reproductive health in men and women. She also focused on the importance of condoms and oral pills. And the lack awareness among people over years and its changing trends.

QUIZ COMPETITION

  THEME: HIV/STI AWARENESS, TUBERCULOSIS, BLOOD DONATION, ADOLESCENT & PUBLIC HEALTH & GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Date of the Competition – 12th August @ International Youth Day -2025 TNSACS conducted a state level quize competition on international youth day.in our college students and RRC club members participated in online quize competition. All the students have showed their willingness in participating in quize and making it an Enormous success. With the enthusiastic participation of 45 dedicaed students were participated. The Session was supervision under RRC club co-ordinator Asst.prof D. Nancy Brindha.
